The Employee Shareholders' Association of
ING is a not-for-profit organisation under Belgian
law.
Its aims at the promotion of employee shareownership
and employee financial participation within the
ING Group, in view of the durability of employment.
Members
of the Board of Directors are: Henri Marchal,
Marc Mathieu,
Georges Smets and Pierre Vanrijkel.
